Shipping
Shipping is one of our pet peeves. Specifically, catalog companies that over-charge for shipping and handling and/or have defined standard options that don’t allow for common sense. Our shipping policy is simple! You will only be charged for actual shipping costs and you will shop for your best rate option. There are NO handling fees!
With the exception of custom orders, most items are shipped within 48 hours. Shipping costs on these custom orders will be billed to you credit card at the time of shipping.
Returns must be made within 30 days for full credit. A 50 % deposit is requested for custom orders.
