Shipping One of our pet peeves are catalog companies that over-charge for shipping and handling regardlessof the weight. Our Shipping policy is simple! You will only becharged for actual shipping costs and you will be notified of these chargesprior to shipping, via email. And NO CHARGE for handling!
Most items are shipped within 48 hours with the exception of custom orders which need 2-6 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs on these custom orders will be billed to you credit card at the time of shipping.
Returns must be made within 30 days for full credit. Custom orders are non-returnable unless the merchandise is defective.
We are committed to providing you with the same personal service you expect with any retail outlet. As a shopper myself, and also having been a retail buisness owner for fifteen years, I recognize and appreciate the rewards of giving as well as receiving that personal touch.
